Biz – E – Kidz Spring Holiday Program Plan

We are excited to release our Spring holiday program plan, please find the program plan attached and important dates below.

Holiday Program Dates: 

• Holiday program runs Monday 19th September - Monday 3rd October
• We are open for the full day Monday 3rd October pupil free day

Holiday Program release -  week Beginning Monday  15th August: 

Program plans will be available online, via compass, newsletter and email. (we will not be releasing a hard copy)

Holiday Program Bookings open - Monday  22nd August: 

Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral account

Holiday Program Bookings Close -  Friday 26th August: 

Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability.

Confirmations of places - Week Beginning Monday 29th August: 

Confirmation of places in the program or waiting list will be emailed to families

Deposits due and last day to make changes - Friday 9th September 

A $10 per child per day deposit is due and  last date to make any changes to your holiday program booking. Any cancellations, changes or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child per day administration fee.
