Bahasa Indonesia 

 

Year 7 students started their Indonesian learning with great interest and passion. They have completed a 25-question research task on Indonesia, its culture and community. They presented their work to the class using amazing PowerPoint slides. They talked about Indonesia’s animals, food, festivals, islands, people and clothing.

“I liked doing this 25 questions research task because I learnt a lot about Indonesia and its culture. We enjoyed putting on the sarungs and trying to play the Angklung. I can’t wait to learn more Indonesian this year”, Tahnee M & Zara P, Y7

Students learnt to play the Angklung musical instrument and tried on the colourful sarongs. They also learnt to describe themselves in Indonesian in front of the class. They presented brilliantly and confidently. Well done and bagus sekali!
