Wednesday 14th June – Mid-Year music concert

Tuesday 12th September – Year 12 Music Soiree

Thursday 30th November – Music Festival

LESSON UPDATES

Instrumental music lessons have started for all instruments and will appear on students compass schedules. It is important that students come over to the music building at the correct time so that they get to make the most of their time with their teacher.

YEAR 7 STUDENTS: Lessons will begin for year 7 students in the next couple of weeks. All year 7's have the opportunity to learn to play an instrument and be involved in one of the ensembles. Year 7 students will take part in an information session next week where they will see all of the different instruments available to learn at EMC. Students will then have the opportunity to have a trial lesson on one of the instruments. If you submitted the google expression of interest form you will be contacted shortly. ENSEMBLE REHEARSALS

All ensembles rehearsals have commenced at the following times with a number of gigs already booked in for term 1!

Senior Band: Monday 3.15 - 4.30pm

Intermediate Band: Tuesday 3.15 - 4.15pm

Vocal Ensemble: Monday lunchtime
