Textiles

Our Yr 10 students studying Textiles this year are in the process of trying a wide variety of techniques. In recent weeks, one very talented student has been teaching others how to crochet. The class have also learnt a little about macrame, and they have each completed a small project. 

More techniques will be experimented with in coming weeks before each student decides what they wish to make as their main item.  We can't wait to see their final creations.

The Yr 10 class have also been learning basic garment construction by each making a

comfy pair of pyjama shorts.
