The first meeting for all JSC Representatives was held on Monday this week. In this meeting, the students met each other and signed a Code of Conduct, which outlines their role, what they will be involved in, that they will listen to each other and respond respectfully and that they will uphold the Boroondara Park Primary School values and act as a role model to their classmates and peers.

At the next meeting on Monday 27th February, the JSC Representatives will assist planning events to support our school and the community.

The first one is coordinating our first event, BPPS Harmony Day in celebration of Harmony Week.

The BPPS whole school events for Term 1 are:

Harmony Day - Tuesday 21st March

BPPS Social Service Day - Wednesday 29th March

Themes for each event are to be decided in the next JSC Meeting.

Students will be asked to bring a gold coin for both events, with money raised going to JSC's BPPS fundraising.

Look out for more information in the next newsletter.

It will be an exciting year ahead and we look forward to getting to know and working with all students on this year's JSC.
