From the Principal

Our Vision

Each child has a gift or talent. It is our job to find it and to show it to them.

Our Mission

Identify the talent, develop the confidence and create the leader.

What do we live for, if it is not to make life less difficult for each other?

Working Bee Thank You

Last Wednesday, parents came to weed garden beds, pathways and concrete cracks. The soft-fall (mulch) was raked back under the play equipment to maintain safe levels. Thank you to all who participated. The grounds looked great.

Leadership Morning

Last week we held our first leadership morning. This was an opportunity for students and staff to showcase how they practice the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and develop leadership skills. Over sixty visitors attended and experienced presentations, performances, a school tour and morning tea. Teachers and principals from Parktone, Clayton South and Williamstown Primary Schools were among the guests. The students shone. In 2023, leadership mornings are scheduled for term 1 and 2.

Family Picnic Night

It was a fine sight to see the school oval covered in picnic blankets, families and friends. The mobile cafe served hungry visitors, and the Social and Fundraising Team drew the end-of-year raffle. The students gave outstanding singing performances and finished the last song as the rain fell and the temperature dropped 10 degrees, with the howling wind. Santa did not make it on the night however, the fire brigade visit was a hit.
