Hi CHPS!
It’s Lochie, one of your F A V O U R I T E School Captains here!
Wow, what a year it has been for all of us. Camps, excursions, the Fair… so much has happened, and it went by soooo fast! It’s been a wild ride for everyone, and it’s really sad that we have to leave you all this year!
Sometimes, I wish that Clifton Hill could also be a high school as well. That would make everyone’s life so much easier, right? But, I also think about change. And that change is a good thing. It’s good to move forward in life and meet new people and grow up.
A couple of extra special, thank yous on behalf of the other school captains and the year 6 students.
To the Class of 2022, the best cohort out there. We’re all going to different places next year. We are going to miss each other, but hopefully we can all still hang out! And, of course, thank you to our tissue boxes so I could have a good cry while writing this.
If you ever miss my voice (which you will!), you can listen to my podcast: Tedblast! By DJ Ted! There will be new episodes every two weeks, so don’t miss out!
Thanks to all the school captains who worked hard this year with teachers to make this school even better - Belinda, Evan and Gracie.
Finally, thank you to everyone who has It’s been an amazing year and an honour to be one of your school captains this year. I can’t wait to see what happens to this school in the future.
From Lochie.
