Carnival

SAVE THE DATE & Get excited – the return of our whole school Swimming Carnival and Novelty Day is coming!

Monday 20th February.

Students will be encouraged to race in events, participate in novelty events in and out of the pool or cheer their peers along poolside!

A few important reminders about the day:

• All students are expected to attend as this is a whole school event
• Students will be able to nominate to compete in swimming events via a Google Form that will be sent out via Seqta soon (no nomination required for Novelty Events open to all on the day)
• Student entry to the pool will be via the rear gates O’Callaghan’s Pde (Opposite the Caltex)
• Students to arrive at the Horsham Aquatic Centre by 8.45am and gather in Forms Groups at 8.50am
• Bus students will meet at the Horsham College Bus exchange by 8.40 and will be transported to the YMCA and transported back to school at the end of the day.
• Students will need to bring their own lunch or purchase food from the YMCA canteen
• School Chaplain will be providing free fresh fruit.
• All students and parents will receive a letter via SEQTA with further details about the day
• Parents & Carers are reminded that No Take-Away Food is allowed to be bought into the YMCA
