Junior Years Excursion
Kyabram Fauna Park
This term the Junior Years Learning Community are learning about animals and their habitats.
In Week Three, students traveled by bus to the Kyabram Fauna Park. Children had some hands-on experiences holding animals such as: blue-tongue lizard, stick insects and all had the chance to touch a snake.
Children had the opportunity to walk around the grounds to see kangaroos, koalas, emus, quolls, and some reptiles.
Everyone enjoyed their time at the Fauna Park and went home happy having learnt some new facts about native animals.
