Year 10 students worked in pairs to explore the Healthy School Canteen menu options. They produced their chosen recipe that reflected the healthy choices. Their ideas included a range of sushi options, rice paper rolls, lemon chicken to healthy chicken parmigiana. 

Year 12 Food studies classes work on an activity to exhibit their understanding of latest Food trends such as Acai bowl, Buddha bowl, Street food and snacking on today’s consumer behaviour in relation to the food.  

 

Year 11 Food studies students exhibited their knowledge about customs/ traditions of the chosen immigration country to our guests. Students took pride in explaining their research and range of recipes they have cooked for their chosen immigrant country in Australia.
