The Catering Challenge

The best type of field research!

In preparation for our CAT, the Year 10 Catering Challenge class went to visit Brunetti’s in Carlton. As we licked our lips, students were looking for inspiration. To take in the sensory qualities of the cakes students selected a cake of choice and sipped on a coffee in the vibrant environment of Brunetti’s. 

Students in previous weeks had prepared and shared range of cupcakes.
