TicTok

We know that a number of our students are using TicTok at home. We just want to make you aware that Both iOS and Android provide parental controls that let you block or limit specific apps, features, movies, music, and more at the device level. Because TikTok is for users 13 and over, it has a  strict 12+ app store rating. This allows you to use these device-parental controls to simply block apps from your underage child’s phone. Please see the Apple App Store or Google Play Store instructions for more on parental controls (or “restrictions”) and how to enable them.

The information below is very informative.

Google Meets

It has been wonderful to see our children embracing the opportunity to engage with their peers and teachers each day. The Google Meets, from an outsider’s point of view appears to be slightly chaotic but this is similar to the excitement of the start of the school day. It has been wonderful to see how we have all come together in this space to share, learn from one another and keep that wonderful community spirit alive that we have as a school. In every Google Meet there is a real sense of connectedness and community.

Creative Arts Exhibition by students in Catholic Schools across Victoria- They are stunning!

Priorities

Wise words

The physicist, Marie Curie said: "Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less."

Take care and be safe while observing physical (not emotional) distancing.

Thinking of you all and to our mum's, grandmas, nonnas, aunties, sisters 'Happy Mothers' Day.

Warm regards

Ms K
