Weekly Wellbeing

Peer Support

This year Jade has been working on a ‘Whacky Weather’ storybook. The aim of this book is to help students see weather in a humorous way. Jade’s imagery and amazing illustrations make this book a ‘must read’ for any child who likes to talk about weather, or might even be a bit scared of weather events. Although making sure that Jade had the original, a copy of ‘Whacky Weather’ now resides in the Wellbeing room for anyone to have a read. I particularly like the page illustrating that thunder sounds like a motorbike rider dragging a wheelie bin down a long country driveway! Thanks so much, Jade for the time and care that you put into this book. There is nothing more special than students supporting one another in creative and practical ways!
