IT Support during remote learning at MGC

I hope everyone is adapting well to learning from home during these unusual times. IT support at MGC continues, and we are aiming to provide the best experience we can for you all during these challenging times. We can help in many ways as we are providing on and off-site support to make sure you can work from home.

Over the past month, we’ve loaned families keyboards, mice, iPads and chargers so learning from home can continue. With many repair options unavailable, we are trying to fill the gap for your laptops.

Jason and Luke, our Specialist Technicians, are at MGC each day and doing a fantastic job and as for myself, I am working from home. We can assist with your problems but as the first point of contact, let me know your questions, and I can assist and direct you. I can remote into your laptops to fix software-based problems and provide advice; if I feel an onsite fix is needed, we can arrange a time and a visit to MGC.
