If your student has a medical alert for ASMTHA,
DIABETES,
ANAPHYLAXIS
or EPILEPSY
the school MUST be suppllied with a Management Plan - available from the appropriate website or from the school office.
Lost Property
If your student has misplaced anything at schools - please ask that they check at the General Office. Currently we have a black/silver bike helmet, a pair of black & orange sports shoes, an assortment of jewellery, spectacles and a variety of keys!
School Uniforms which are named are returned to the student as soon as they are handed in (please check that YOUR student has his/her name clearly marked on each item of school uniform.)
Reminder
Please update your contact details with the office if you change phone numbers, address, place of employment. We MAY need to contact you in the case of an emergency.
Financial Statements
Financial statements will be emailed to parents next week. Thank you to our parents who pay for sport activities, excursions and camps in a timely manner. If you have CSEF monies showing on your statement, please indicate on individual Consent Forms that you wish to use the CSEF for that particular activity. Please don’t hesitate to contact the school office if you have any questions regarding your statement.
Immunization Records
IMMUNIZATION RECORDS are NOT kept at school. Please call KNOX COUNCIL Health Department if you need to check immunization details for your students.
YEAR 7’s final immunization for this year is on Monday, 19th September.
