Cheltenham Secondary College uses Compass as our Parent Portal.  Many of our parents are familiar with Compass but for our new parents or as a refresher for other parents below is a document which gives details on using Compass.

If ever you need assistance with using Compass, Student attendance, Report a student absence or Compass parent user names or password please contact either Lee, Jan or Jill.  If they cannot assist you they will pass you on to someone who can help.

Access the college newsletter The Cheltonian using Compass

The easiest way to access the newsletter is through Compass.  Logon to Compass you your parent user name and password.  Go to the star on the blue task bar at the top of the page.

School Favourites will open up and listed there is the Cheltonian newsletter.   When you access this link it will take you to all our newsletters in 2017 and if you scroll down the page the newsletters for 2018 are shown at the bottom of the page.
