Girls Futsal

Tuesday afternoon this week the O'Connor Girls Futsal Team played their first games in the PLC Futsal Competition.

Representing the College were;  Ruby Bennett, Samantha Robinson, Chloe Inman, Poppy McKay, Jorja Wilson, Imogen Hislop, Lily Moore and Mia Vaughan.  With only Jorja having played futsal before, the girls efforts were outstanding, being the victors against Armidale Secondary College and The Armidale School.  They all displayed fantastic teamwork and even better sportsmanship. Standouts were Jorja, Lily and Ruby, who scored a number of exceptional goals.
