Principal’s Welcome

There is always a nice vibe and buzz around the school when we have opportunities to have parents/carers and special friends on-site at several special events. We thank you for coming and supporting our events but particularly for being such an important part of your children’s lives here at ETRS.

On Tuesday May 16th we will be celebrating our amazing ES staff on this day and all the work they do at our school to support the learning of our students.

Foundation 2024 Enrolments

All enrolment documents are available to download from our website. You may also contact the school and we can send the information to you via email or the post.

If you know of any families who are interested in enrolling, please ask them to contact the school.

Traffic

We are continuing to talk with students in relation to road safety.  We have noticed before and after school that Wilkinson Drive and Coliban Street are getting busier and busier. There are many students taking risks when crossing the road. If parents are dropping children off, we encourage you to walk them across the road to ensure their safety. With the noise and busy traffic, students are hesitating, and this could end up in an accident.

We also have several students riding their bikes/scooters without a helmet and taking risks at the roundabouts. Please have a chat with your child about ensuring their safety. Helmets are compulsory when riding bikes and scooters.

Safety of our community is of the utmost importance to us.

Please do not enter the service driveway into the main entrance of the school. This driveway is for the ETRSS buses. This is not for our school community to use during pick-up and drop off times. We thank you for your consideration and co-operation with this.

Uniform

We currently have several students beginning to wear black or coloured bottoms and non-uniform jumpers (eg. track suit pants, shorts or leggings, hoodies, or jumpers) to school. Please ensure your child is in correct uniform each day. This includes navy blue bottoms and the tops with the school logo on it. If you require support with uniform, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Positive Parenting  Seminars

We have arranged two Positive Parenting Seminars; "Raising Resilient Children" and "Helping them Break Free of Anxiety". Please find further information for these seminars on our Student Wellbeing page of our newsletter.

National Sorry Day and Reconciliation Week
