Staff Vs Students Netball

There was tension early as Reagan, the schools anointed netball umpire, readied the teams. It was the beginning of a new term and anything was possible.

The game started off in a chaotic manner, with missed shots and turnovers for both teams, but it wasn’t long before Anthony Tatchell put some points on the board for the staff. Riley Burrill, working hard in Goalkeeper, was even able to get intercepts and make it a real competition for Tatch and Megan, who were working the goals for the staff.

Students, Zac Dally, Emma Thompson and Ben Peacock were competing fiercely, desperately trying to score however, BSC newcomer, Geoffrey Wright, stayed strong in defence for the staff, with good intercepts and rebounds. Despite the fast-paced match appearing to be an even tussle, the students were unable to convert their hard work to the scoreboard, resulting in staff, once again, walking away with the win. Final scores Staff 14 - Students 1.
