2021 Year Book 

The Miners Rest Primary School and Kindergarten 2021 Year Book is now available to order!

The Miners Rest Primary School and Kindergarten Year Book is a wonderful keepsake of your child’s time at kinder or school. Each class/group is showcased in the Year Book, as well as whole school events and specialist areas. Included in this year’s book is a special ‘school expansion’ feature. 

Don’t Miss Out!

The school is offering a professionally printed copy of the yearbook at $15 each (credit on family accounts is able to be used for Year Book purchases) 

Please look out for the order form that has been sent home today.  Completed order forms must be returned to the office by FRIDAY, 20th of November 2021 so that we can confirm the total number of the books we need to order. We will not be taking any orders after this date. 

Year books are to be distributed to families from Wednesday 15th of December, the last week of the term. Thank you.

Year Book Front/Back Cover Competition

To select our Year Book’s front and back cover the Junior School Council will be organising a drawing competition. 

The competition will be discussed in class, and students may be given some time to work on a design. Entries can also be completed at home.

*Designing the front cover is open to students in Year 3-6 

*Designing the back cover (with a theme of Miners Rest is a great school!) is open to students in Foundation –Year 2 

All entries should be completed on A4 paper in portrait style, with the student’s name and room number written clearly on the back.

Pencil, texta or crayon would be the preferable mediums.

All completed entries must be handed in to classroom teachers by Wednesday, 17th of November.

Unfortunately, no late entries can be accepted.
