P&F Annual General Meeting

The P&F would like to extend a warm welcome to all parents and carers to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM). At this meeting we will elect the new P&F committee for 2022.

Anyone who is interested in joining the 2022 P&F Committee are encouraged to complete and return the nomination form prior to the meeting. Nominations forms are attached, printed copies are also available from the office.

We encourage all parents and carers to come together and be involved in supporting our wonderful school community. The meeting will be held on Tuesday 16th November. Further details to follow.

Subway Fun Lunch

We have been able to organise a fun lunch on Tuesday 23rd November. Due time constraints, we had to change fun lunch from Red Rooster to Subway. This time around, Subway lunch will be delivered in time for second lunch, rather than the usual first lunch, due to the current staggered lunch arrangements. Order forms will be sent home early next week.

For families who had already paid for Red Rooster, you will also be receiving a letter advising of your credit, which can be used for this fun lunch. If you do receive this letter, please complete a subway order form and submit with the credit letter. Letters will be sent home same time as Subway order forms.

SFS Crazy Anything Day - Friday November 26th

This year has been absolutely CRAZY so to celebrate being back at school we are having a CRAZY HAIR/SOCKS/DRESS day. We want everyone to have fun with this, so go as big or small as you’d like.

Thanks to The No Nasties Project there will be a Sugar Freezie Icy Pole for every child.

A gold coin donation is appreciated for this Free Dress Day with all funds raised going to charity. Watch out over the next few weeks as we all work together to choose a fantastic charity.

Second Hand Uniform Shop

The second hand uniform shop will be open via appointment only on Friday 12th November 9am – 11.30 am. All second hand uniforms are $5 each, we are only able to accept cash, there are no EFTPOS facilities.

Please email pfasecretary@sfslynbrook.catholic.edu.au to book a time. All appointments will be in 15 minute time slots. Access to the Community Room will be through the black side gate via the car park, please refrain from entering via the office.

Due to current government and school requirements, at this time, only fully vaccinated parents and carers will be able to make an appointment, you will be required to check in with the QR code and show evidence of vaccination. Don’t forget your masks.

PFA have a limited number of brand new school jackets available for just $15. Beleza currently have jackets for $67! Please be aware that these jackets whilst still brand new in packet are last season’s style, not current season. These can still be worn as part of the uniform though. We only have stock available in sizes 12, 14 and 16. These will be available from the second hand uniform shop.
