NOVELTY CAKES

Year 9 Home Economics students designed and prepared a Novelty cake adhering closely to the considerations and constraints of a design brief. Students prepared the cake at home and decorated it at school in a double period. They were required to bring the sweet decorations and a range of suitable designs, one of which they chose to produce. It was sweets all round that day and the students expressed their delight at the final outcomes.
