From the Principal

The sheer joy on the faces of our early years stars really summed up the week. Watching the super performances as we danced through the different music eras sent a sense of satisfaction to performers and audience alike. A huge thank you goes out to everyone who supported the Night Under The Stars this week.

To Patrick and Clare who put in an extraordinary amount of time, effort and love in ensuring this was a smooth and joyful evening for the students, staff and the community. You both should be extremely proud of your leadership and direction.

To the Primary Campus teaching and ES staff who practised, rehearsed, supervised students and organised costumes – as always, your support and dedication is second to none.

To Kane who lifted, loaded and whipper snipped to make sure the grounds look awesome – thank you.

To Marc, Bek, Aimee, the Arts Team and supporting back stage kids – thank you for making this such a great night and sharing your skills with us.

To the Secondary Campus staff who came along to support us – thank you for taking your time to be part of our community event.

To the Leadership team for your support and generosity of time …thank you, your presence was great.

This was a big event in our calendar and it ran extremely smoothly due to everyone’s input.

Thank you for your positivity …the weather certainly helped also!

Just some quick reminders: if you are not returning to The Lakes next year please notify the office to assist us in planning. Please take extra care as the weather causes unpredictable actions, and remember to be safe.
