Thank you to all the families who were required to pick their children up early on Tuesday due to the service having to be cancelled because of the blackout and storm.

It is just over a week now until holidays begin. If you have not booked your child/children in for holiday program yet, please remember that our excursions have a cap on the numbers, so if you would like your child/children to come on excursion, get in early with your bookings.

I have had some questions about our Gym Bus incursion. Yes, there will be a bus here full of exciting activities for the children to engage in, but the bus will be parked in the staff car park the whole time, it is not out driving around.

You may have heard on the radio that the Run For The Kids (for the Royal Children's Hospital Appeal) is coming up soon on 9 April. I will be participating in the 5K (4.8K to be precise) walk section of this event. If anyone would like to sponsor me or donate money towards this wonderful cause, I have a donation box set up in the OSHClub (GP) room. I know it is not a great distance to be walking, but for someone of my mature age and delicate bones :) this distance will be enough for me. It would be great if the school community could help support me in my efforts.
