Principal's Report

Dear Families,

It is with great delight that I congratulate the Class of 2017 on their results. The VCE scored assessment results were released on Friday with some very pleasing outcomes. The DUX of  the College for 2017 is Teresa Phan with a 98.7

Christmas is a time of renewal and happiness as we celebrate the birth of our saviour the Christ child who was born in a manger, the first born of refugees who were fleeing persecution. Sadly more than two thousand years after the birth that changed humanity forever more, there are still those who are fleeing persecution and doing all they can to protect their family. May we remember those who find themselves displaced this Christmas, those less fortunate and those without families. May we as Catholics and followers of Christ put the words of Mass into action and reach out to make a difference in the lives of others.

Christmas is not just about giving to those in our immediate family. Christmas should be about giving to those who are in need. If all of us chose to spend a little less on presents to those who have so much comparatively then perhaps we might go some way to creating a better world.  Reach out and do something for those you do not know this Christmas. May all of our families enter into the spirit of Christmas by following Jesus teachings and example.

We wish all families a very Merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous 2018.  Thank you for your support throughout 2017. School commences Thursday 1st February.

Blessings of the season and Merry Christmas
