Performing Arts

I would like to introduce myself as the new Head of Performing Arts at St Pius. My name is Anthony Timmins. I am both an old boy of the College and return after 12 years at Oakhill College. I am keen to get to know both students and staff. St Pius has always had a fantastic reputation for its music and I want to continue this tradition.

Meet the Music

On other matters we will be taking students from Years 9, 10, 11 and 12 to the Meet the Music Series at the Sydney Town Hall. This will take place on 12 March at 6.00 pm. A note will be distributed in classes with further details.

Encore Concert

We will also be taking students to the Encore concert where they will listen to exemplary performances from the 2019 HSC musical practical examinations. This will be on 17 March in the evening.  Further details to follow.

I’m very pleased to once again join the SPX community and look forward to meeting you all in the future.
