Tips for our 12's

To help you get through and stay on track with your training:

• Check your pigeon holes regularly.
• Work with TO's to get signed off on your competencies.
• See Mrs Corsini if you need any guidance.
• Keep an eye on your progress by checking the competency progress table on the noticeboard. 
• Attend all Farm sessions - Friday's do not make up a part of the weekend! 
• Ask for help - we are here to support you.

Agriculture Careers Talk

Late last term, we had a special guest Will Alston from Harvest Road attend the College, to speak about career pathways in agriculture with students who recently completed the Low Stress Stock Handling course.

Will attended WA College of Agriculture Cunderdin 20 years ago and spoke about his journey to where he is now, working in a fantastic industry with so many opportunities. 

Will provided insight into opportunities available across Australia and also put on a fabulous steak and salad lunch! 

We look forward to working with Will from Harvest Road in the future, to strengthen our industry partnerships and expand employment opportunities for our graduating Year 12’s.
