This new book just arrived in the BPS Library!
Rodney has a habit of being forgetful at times.
He created a plan so he would NOT forget.
Now he is invited to the PARTY OF THE YEAR!
Will he remember or does he forget?
This is a whimsical and fun read that will keep your little one intrigued to the end.
Together you will enjoy and laugh to read about Rodney!
The animated illustrations are pretty and bright.
It is a happy read!
Come to the library and borrow, RODNEY FORGETS IT!

You know we at BPS love DRESS-UP DAYS!
Start planning your Book Day Character Costume!
During the Winter break, it was National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee, NAIDOC from 03rd -10th July. I was inspired to read about our First People of Australia and their stories. Fables and folktales are an interesting visual understanding of story telling and a good insight of what once was and meaning behind traditions and customs.
This was an interesting read, ABORIGINAL FABLES AND LEGENDARY TALES by A. W. REED.
How did snakes become poisonous? Why are there black swans only in Australia? Aboriginal storytelling teaches us about the animal world and the spiritual bond shared between the Indigenous Australians and nature.
This is a new Teacher Resource book in the BPS Library.
I recommend this read to all Australians and to those who want to get close to our country.
