Year 6 Exhibition 23 October
Our Year 6 students have been working hard to prepare for the Year 6 Exhibition Showcase which is being held at school on 23 October.
The Year 6 Exhibition is the culmination of each child's learning journey throughout Mount View Primary School and displays their wealth of knowledge and acquisition of skills as they inquire into an area of their own choosing.
Each year the Exhibition showcase is a highlight on our school calendar, and we look forward to welcoming families to celebrate our students and their learning. The event starts at 4.45pm in the gym before moving into the Senior Learning Centre from 5.00pm to 6.30pm.
Cultural Diversity Day Wednesday 30 October
We are looking forward to welcoming you into the school to celebrate our cultural diversity on Wednesday 30th October. Further information can be found in the Compass notice that was sent earlier this week.
Planning for 2025
Please notify the school (mount.view.ps@education.vic.gov.au) as soon as possible if your child will not be attending Mount View Primary School next year. This information will assist us with our planning for 2025.
We value your insight into your child’s learning and wellbeing needs so if you would like to share any relevant information regarding your child’s class placement for 2025, please put it in writing to Bianca Gatherum, Assistant Principal no later than Thursday 31 October. This can be sent via email to bianca.gatherum@education.vic.gov.au
Please note that while we take any information that you provide into consideration, the final decisions regarding your child’s placement rest with the teaching staff and leadership team.
