SCHOOL PRODUCTION 2024

Curtain Calls and Chronicles

Production rehearsals have been off to a flying start this year! From people doing some intense warm-ups to others learning to talk in Shakespearean English, everyone has been learning new theater skills to make this show a hit!

One of our cast members, Ren, Spoke a bit about her experience in the play, “A Fish In Her Kettle”

How Term 1 has flown by and with it goes all these rehearsals. Through them we have all built a production family, worked on our acting skills and have had lots of fun!

From Fish In Her Kettle, I can tell you that we’re all having an awesome time. From thinking about pouring ACTUAL water over my head as part of the act, to Ollie plummeting across the ground throughout the play!

We’re growing as a family, growing as a team and growing as actors. It's the best. Well, that’s all from Fish In Her Kettle.

One of our plays, Streuth, is coming along very nicely as well! “Wow, that was really good!” one cast member said to another after totally destroying their lungs while committing to the character.

So many people are putting in their all to put on the best show they can while making newfound friendships along the way. It has been amazing to see what everyone, across all plays, have been up to and we look forward to seeing what more we can do, with even more time and care!

We are all looking forward to our holiday rehearsal and getting back into it next term. It's shaping up to be a great Production, as long as nothing goes wrong…

Have a fantastic holiday, and look forward to hearing and seeing more next term!
