Year 3 Scienceworks 2024

What an exciting time Year 3 had at Scienceworks and the Planetarium! On Friday the 19th of April, the Year 3 students had the opportunity to learn all about how day and night and the seasons of the year occur as part of our ‘Earth, Sun and Moon’ unit of inquiry. 

Some highlights of the day, according to the students:

‘I liked seeing the constellations in the planetarium.’  Hudson G

‘I loved the Cathy Freeman race.’ Mia R

‘I liked that you could lie down in the planetarium and the wheelchair race was fun.’  Amy G

‘I enjoyed the futuristic exhibit and the futuristic car.’  Zac B
