SCHOOL HOLIDAY CARE

Our first week of term was amazing. It was awesome to see everyone and be back in action! We have had many new students begin with us and it has been wonderful getting to know them and their families. The children have been super creative making poppies, cardboard creations, drawing and colouring in! They have also enjoyed playing outside on the oval and the soft play area as well as the basketball courts when possible. The weather has thankfully been kind to us so far! 

For our new families, please note you must have your financial details entered into your Xplor account prior to your child/children attending our program. Please also ensure you have signed your Complying Written Arrangement on Xplor that we create for you as well as confirming your child/children's enrolment with us on your MyGov account.

OSHC Fees Reminders

Parents  / carers with students attending the OSHC program, must fully complete the enrolment form  including method of payment either by direct debit or credit card on line. 

Once completed this gives parents access to the MyXplor app, which they can use to arrange bookings, communicate with the OSHC team directly and monitor the family statement.

Accounts are also emailed to families weekly by OSHC, Judy (OSHC Coordinator). Fees are taken out every Monday. This enables accurate reporting and compliance for CCS payments.

New parents must pay the full amount of care until they have completed the CRN process, at which time they will then be credited the difference.

Parents / carers are responsible for making sure that funds are available for the payment sweep. If funds are insufficient, accounts are blocked, credit cards are expired, reversal of payments incurs a $19.95 dishonour fee. This is payable to the finance company that process all payments for MyXplor and not to Ringwood North Primary School, so this is in addition to the current balance showing on your OSHC statement.

Stop payments due to errors in information must be corrected by Parents / Carers with Debit Success. Their contact number is ph: 1800 148 848.

To enable continued use of the OSHC program, accounts must remain current. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please speak to either Judy or Ricarda in the office and we can organise a payment plan.

A friendly reminder for booking your child into OSHC: Please be aware that OSHC bookings have a cut off time of 8pm Friday when booking for the following week. Any bookings made over the weekend will only be accepted in emergency situations. Thank you for your understanding
