Term 1 2025 in Review

Unbelievably the term is nearly over. 

Although the church is still in vacancy, we have been busy with all our services and activities. These include weekly services, Messy Church, Messy Music Playgroup, Ignite Youth, Arise Youth, Young Adults, Connect Groups, Golden Grove Amateur Fishing Club and Café Connect. We thank everyone who has been involved with all these, especially our volunteers. We recognize your amazing generosity and dedication and our community greatly appreciates you all.

Although the term comes to an end, our Church is busy preparing for Easter. As we enter the Easter season we are reminded that “we must never stop looking to Jesus. He is the leader of our faith, and He is the one who makes our faith complete. He suffered death on a cross. But He accepted the shame of the cross as if it were nothing because of the joy He could see waiting for him. And now He is sitting at the right side of God’s throne.” Hebrews 12:2 ERV. To Focus on Jesus means to fix our thoughts and actions on Him. We seek his guidance and strength from His teachings and example, and trust in His power and love. Focusing on Jesus and His resurrection remind us that with God, nothing is impossible.
