Administration Requirements

ADMINISTRATION OPENING HOURS 

Wyndham Central College Administration is open:

•        Monday to Thursday – 8:30am to 4:00pm

•        Friday – 8:30am to 3:30pm

The Administration office will close at 12:30pm on Friday 20th December 2024 and reopen for book collection day on Tuesday 28th January 2025 from 11am - 4pm.  Normal office hours will resume on Wednesday 29th January 2025.

LAPTOPS

For 2025, Wyndham Central College will operate both a Managed Device Program through our partnership with Learning with Technologies and a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program.

BOOKLISTS

Booklists are available on the school website: Parent Payments - Wyndham Central College (wyndhamcentralsc.vic.edu.au) or at the administration office. Orders are to be placed online or instore.

PARENT PAYMENT & CONTRIBUTION ARRANGEMENTS 

Parent Payment Arrangement sheets are available on the school website under "Parent Links - Parent Payments" (wyndhamcentralsc.vic.edu.au) or at the administration office. The college offers various payment options including cash, EFTPOS, BPAY (details provided on request), CompassPay, and Centrepay. Please return the parent payment arrangement sheets to the administration office when making payment or contact the office if you have any queries or require assistance.  

SUSTAINABLE SCHOOL SHOP 

To buy and sell second-hand uniform items and textbooks, simply register for free on the website: www.sustainableschoolshop.com.au. All transactions on this site are made directly with the seller. 

CHANGE OF CONTACT DETAILS

If you have recently changed your contact details, living arrangements etc., please update them either through Compass or at the school, to ensure we can work together to support your child.
