Term 4 Alumni news:

This term has been a busy one for our Alumni program! We continued our 50-year celebrations with our fabulous Community Carnival where we were grateful to our wonderful Alumni who supported the event at our community market. Alumni John West Class of 1979 returned to school to speak to our STEM students about his long and fascinating career in the STEM sector to speak to our STEM students. Vedaant Patel, Class of 2023 came back to speak to our newly graduated year 12 students about what life is like in the first year out of school. Jason Foley, Class of 2021 came back to speak at our Valedictory and will be joining the WCC staff in 2025! 

We welcomed Alumni Ravneet Kuar Class of 2022 back to speak at our awards afternoon presentation on Tuesday. 

We have also been so incredibly lucky to have Alumni students as part of our school Tutor program, helping students with their learning this year. Sanya Gupta, Class of 2022, Tapo Sandineedi Class of 2018, Braydon  Magee Class of 2020. Carlos Morales, Class of 2022 and Abby Gray Class of 2019 have joined us as tutor’s and we are grateful to have them.
