Before and After School Care
Before-School Care and After-School Care is available each weekday, with the following hours of operation:
Before School Care: 7:00 am – 8:45 am
After School Care: 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm
We have had the best couple of months at Theircare. The holiday program was filled with so much fun and joy. The last three weeks of term time have been just as fun. The children have settled in amazingly, decorating our space with All About Me's and creating a beautiful disco team mural. After our back-to-school disco was such a hit the children decided they wanted to keep the fun going by having our classroom theme be DISCO we have slowly been decorating the room to fit. The overarching goal for this term is friendship and connection, we have a uniquely epic program that allows children from all grades to come together as one, and it is something I would love to grow into an even more beautiful community.

What an incredible way to kick off the summer season with our holiday program theme, "Level Up"! Our action-packed "gaming" adventure brought excitement and creativity to all, blending the world of arcade gaming with old-school fun like bowling, mini golf, and More play centres that I could count. The kids had a blast participating in family game shows, movie marathons, and epic excursions, including visits to gaming arcades, laser tag arenas, trampolines, and mini golf. Special guests, such as the fire-fighter-for-a-day and Minute to Win It challenges, added an extra layer of fun! From crafting Inside Out octopuses to engaging in brainiac showdowns, everyone was kept entertained. The "Sizzling Summer Scientists" program offered cool science-based activities to keep us refreshed as the heat kicked in. A stand out was getting to meet some real-life butterflies. They were sooooo pretty.
It was truly a holiday program no one would want to miss!
School term breaks (holiday) care is available each weekday (with the exception of public holidays), with the following hours of operation:

BSC 7am -9 am
ASC 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Just a quick reminder that the service opens at 7 am. If you arrive early, you unfortunately will not be allowed in until 7 am. Sorry for any inconvenience :)

Permanent educators - Lily
Rotating casual educators - Samara, Oriane, Kurtis, Charlie and Fatima
Holiday program coordinators- Lily, Harry & Chloe
Staffing arrangements often change due to the needs of the service and growing numbers, there will be some new faces, but we understand consistency is important in building connections and creating a strong sense of wellbeing for our children.
If you have a child in Foundation or wish to start attending our fantastic program in 2025 you can register at TheirCare now, booking is not available as of yet, but I will keep you updated. It is always best to book for OSCH as far in advance as possible, to ensure we have the proper staffing ratio needed for the safety of our service.
In order to run an effective and personalized program we rely on community involvement. The easiest way for us to ensure we are catering to the needs of your children and family is through suggestions and feedback. Please don't hesitate to speak to me directly or leave a note in our feedback box with any concerns or ideas for the service. We love hearing anything that can help us exceed.
In order to access the OSHC service, families must register prior to booking. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide details such as emergency contacts, medical requirements, dietary needs, etc.
