Welcome Back!
Welcome back to school everyone, and happy 2025! We are thrilled to see all of our students return to school and jump right back into things with such enthusiasm and dedication.
From the very first day, it's been clear that everyone has settled in beautifully, adapting seamlessly to new routines and getting involved in classroom activities.
We couldn't be prouder of how well everyone has adjusted to the academic year, and we look forward to seeing this momentum continue throughout the semester. Here’s to a year filled with growth, achievement, and unforgettable moments.
Let’s make 2025 our best year yet!
Diary Expectations
As we continue to nurture a love for reading and support academic growth, we want to emphasize the importance of consistent reading habits. It is an expectation that students engage in independent reading for a minimum of four nights each week. To ensure that students are staying on track, all reading must be logged in their diaries. Parents are asked to sign off on these reading entries, providing a wonderful opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations about what your child is reading.
Additionally, students are expected to bring their diaries home every day and return them to school the following day. This routine is essential for accountability and helps students develop a sense of responsibility and organisation. We appreciate your support in encouraging regular reading.
Classroom Behaviour Matrix
Over the first few weeks of term, each class spent time unpacking the school values and creating a classroom behaviour matrix. Each matrix outlines the ways in which students can show the school values in the classroom.
