Digital Technologies

Inform and Empower sessions have now been held for all students in Years 1-6 and the feedback I have received from teachers and students have been very positive.  Prep students will participate in their first sessions in the next couple of weeks.

With Naplan tests approaching for Year 3 & 5 students it is important that all students have comfortable, working headphones.  Please ask your child if this is the case.

Forms

There are still some forms yet to be signed in the nForma Portal.  These include Photo Permission, User Agreements, Chromebook Agreements and GAFE agreements (some of thes are for selected year levels).  In particular, the User Agreements allow your child to be online and use digital technology.  If these are unsigned then we will require your child to stay offline and not use a device either in class or in STEM or STEM club. Please sign these as soon as possible.

nForma

In regards to uploading medicals documents into the nForma portal, we have had some parents note they have had some problems with this.  I have attached the video on how to do this.  Please watch from 3.55mins to 4.45 mins.  At the moment the program only allows you to upload one document at a time as it has a maximum upload of 10mb.  We understand this can be frustrating.  We will pass on the feedback to the developers.  If you need assistance please email me.
