Village Fair Update and Support Needed

The prep for this years fair, to be held on Sat March 28th, is now well underway and to support our efforts were doing a shout out for the following:

BBQ Supervisors - still looking for someone(s) to take ownership of the BBQ stall, would involve ordering and pick up of supplies, coordinating food prep and clean up and helping volunteers on the day. 

Supplies and Prizes - to run our fantastic stalls and activities we will need to purchase needed supplies and items to be used as prizes, if anyone is involved in, or has connections to, any businesses that supply

• Food packing and cup ware
• Hay bales, to be used for seating
• Confectionary
• Gifts, toys, or other small items/vouchers that could be used for lucky dip and prizes

Please reach out to myself or to angleseapsparentsclub@gmail.com if you have a connection or want to make a donation yourself. The more items we have to buy takes away from the funds raised for the school so keen to keep this to a minimum where possible. 

Donations - We will be running the very popular books and toys and cake stalls that will require your support with donations, we'll be calling for books and toy donations in the next few weeks, so start the clear out but please hold onto them until we have a place to store them.  Packaging for items for cakes and fresh produce will be available in the weeks leading up to the fair, there is a call out this year for more items that cater for dietary requirements so GF, vegan, no dairy etc, don't forget we also welcome fruit and veg, herbs and plants and cuttings.

Volunteers - The roster for volunteer shifts is currently displayedin the main administration area, we have some new activities planned this year and we need as many people as possible to fill all our shifts otherwise we risk having to close activities early, please review and sign up where you can.
