Dear Parents,

As you know we recently hosted an event for Stage 1 and 2 called The NED Show. We trust your child was encouraged by the show which inspires everyone to become Champions at school and in life!

The NED Show yo-yos are now available for purchase at school to support the free show and message. If your child has already purchased a yoyo, here is an important link to help them get off to a good start with proper string length adjustment, click here.

Additionally, here are a couple of our favorite follow up home resources from The NED Show website.  You may want to use these with your child as they are designed to go hand in hand with the program. The NED PledgeChampion Choices‍ If you'd like additional resources, they are available here.

And don’t forget to ask your child about what they learned in the show about Never giving up, Encouraging others and Doing your best!

COLOUR RUN UPDATE

As of Thursday 15th August you have raised a whopping $24, 407 that will go towards upgrading our playground spaces. Two more teachers will be slimed at our Thursday assembly....a reminder for every $5,000 we raise, a teacher is slimed! So, lets keep those donations rolling in and see if we can meet our target of $75,000.

Congratulations to 2Patrick who won our sign up competition. 2P has a total of 27 students signed up for the Colour Run so far. On Monday, all of the students received an ice block as their reward. Well done 2P.

It's not too late to sign up!!

Next week, students who have raised over $100 will be entered into a competition to win a lunch with Mrs Burfield and Mr Heelis.

Don't forget to sign up and help St Patrick's raise enough money to make improvements to our playground areas.
