Year 10 Special Occasion Cookery

Year 10 elective class of "Special Occasion Cookery" had a simply delicious preparation and baking of Caramel Butternut Cheesecake to finish off the end of term. They had to demonstrate the necessary practical skills and follow all safety procedures in class, select appropriate equipment for preparing the dish, and be able to clean up in time for the end of their lesson.

Well done year 10. The cheesecakes looked delicious.
