You may have seen a little dog around the school. Winnie is a female miniature labradoodle. She graduated last year as a therapy dog with Annie's Dogs in Victoria. The training in obedience is of course always a work in progress and she will be assessed annually to ensure her temperament and obedience remain to standard. Winnie has recently turned one, still a puppy but she becomes more settled as she matures.
Winnie is not a service dog so anyone is welcome to give her a pat or a cuddle but it is important to ask first as she may become overwhelmed especially when she is not with Jess, her leader. Most of the time Winnie can be found in Shiloh Wellbing Centre. She spends her time on the couch sleeping, waiting for a snuggle. Winnie seems to understand that she is here to give love to those who are feeling a little sad or anxious and most of us feel better after spending some time with her.
Winnie's weakness is snacks and she still becomes very distracted if she can sniff food scraps in the yard. We can help her by making sure our lunch rubbish is always put in the bin!
Winnie is a gentle little girl but a bit of a scaredy cat. Sometimes if she is unsure she may let out a bark which can be a bit startling as she is mostly so quiet. Winnie has been a part of the school community since she was only 15 weeks old. She trots into the yard happily each morning.

Grab shell dude! Whoa!! Primary students have made a splash man as they dived into the currents of the P.A.D (Primary audition process).
Our Production Team is absolutely thrilled by the courage, enthusiasm, and talent each student has brought to the stage. It has been inspiring to witness so many young performers giving their all with confidence and heart. We are so proud of every single one of them! We cannot wait to watch our students grow in their gifts and truly shine. Please continue to keep our staff and students in your prayers as they continue the audition process, prepare and bring this magical under-the-sea adventure to life.
