Reading
In reading we have been doing readers theatre as well as independent reading - Leo & Eliza.
We have been reading in groups - Poppy and Henry.
Practising reading not like a robot - Skye.
We have been doing Reader's theatres and we like that we are reading the book bored - Maci & Ava.
We all take turns at the front - Grace and Nath

Writing
We have been doing a lot - Narva & Orry
We practice punctuation and we write narrative stories - Grace and Nath
In writing we have been doing narrative writing and punctuation - Connor & Eve
In writing we have been doing our morning & afternoon checking in - Leo & Eliza
In writing we have been writing lots of stories. It is so fantastic especially with Nicole it's the best - MICHAEL!!!

Maths
This week in maths we have been learning about vertical addition - Kenzie & Dahlia.
We have been doing addition - Skye

We have been doing our 4 times tables and vertical addition - Leo & Eliza.
Knowledge Building
We learned a lot of Viking knowledge and artefacts. We liked it and everything about it - Connor and Eve.
We had a lot with Nicole. She showed a lot about Vikings - Narva & Orry.
In knowledge building we listen about stories from long time ago - Grace and Nath
In knowledge building we have been learning about Vikings. We liked the Viking runes - Lulu & Soph
In knowledge building we have been learning about Viking there trip to Iceland to Greenland - Poppy & Henry
In knowledge building we’ve been learning about Viking longships - Lincoln & Finley
We also enjoyed having the book ‘The Truck Cat’ read to us for National Simultaneous Storytime where 2/3T and 1C joined us for the viewing.
