Today, Tyler Ferres visited the Year 2 students.  He is part of the Deaf Australia Basketball team, 'The Goannas'.  He is heading to the Deaf Olympics in Japan this November to represent Australia.

Foundation students enjoyed a visit from the local Fire Brigade during the week and will see them again next week.

Tent City in the BER - Year 5 and 6 students were given a remote location and had to research the climate, physical features, wildlife and inhabitants.  They created an itinerary and costings to get to their destination and created/designed a prototype of a tool to help them survive in their location.

Year 3 and 4 students had a Cyber Safety Incursion with Senior Constable Jackie.
