Stage Band at Big Blast

Saturday 31 May 2025

The Big Band Blast was a wonderful event run by some big names in Australian jazz. It was amazing, learning new things about improvising, sight reading jazz and singing through workshops and activities. Anabelle van Wyk was selected for John Morrison’s elite big band and performed in the closing concert. Overall, the Big Band Blast was great for improving as a musician and I had a great time.

Kinross Wolaroi Grand Piano Appeal 2025

Help Us Hit the Right Note for Future Generations!

Music is at the heart of Kinross Wolaroi School. From enchanting Junior School performances to inspiring HSC recitals, our students shine thanks to a vibrant music program and the instruments that support it.

Our beloved grand piano—after 45 years of faithful service—is nearing the end of its musical journey. We are now raising funds to purchase a new, top-quality grand piano that will serve our community for the next 50 years and beyond.

This instrument will become a centrepiece of performances from Kindergarten to Year 12 and a legacy for future generations.
