News from the PC!

Well done to the Apparent’s – CJC’s own parent band – who performed last night at the Battle of the band’s at the Prince! A great night was had by all those who went along to support them. 

The Parents Battle of the Bands is a music competition between parents' music bands in order to raise funds for kids’ music programs at school. The winner is the school that sells the most tickets! We didn't win last night but it was an epic night in great spirit. Moving forward, please support our amazing parents's band, The Apparents! General News

Second Hand uniform Shop: CJC’s second-hand uniform shop will be open on Wednesday 28th May from 9.15am! This is a great place to pick up CJC uniforms and school bags. If you have CJC uniforms that your child\ren have grown out of and are in good condition, please consider donating them to the uniform shop. The donation box is at the bottom of the eastern stairs in the front building. 

Friday Treats: Delicious Pain au chocolat by Reverie Café (thank you Pierrick!) will be available on Fridays after school for $4.50. Please see below for when it is your classes turn to sell. Volunteering for this scrumptious Friday afternoon treat is easy and takes about 30minutes of your time, please let your class convenor know if you are available on your classes’ day. 

Child Safety: A reminder that all parents/carer’s who wish to volunteer at CJC must have a Working With Children Check – it is free for volunteers and you can apply online Here
