On Thursday, our Grade 2-3 cohort organised and delivered a special lunch for the whole school! On the menu:
• Homemade Toasties
• Homemade Cookies
• Juice
Following the process of market research surveys, persuasive writing advertisements, budgeting and money maths, cooking and a whole host of other skills, our students have done a remarkable job. Thanks to all those who supported our 2-3 students. We made over 200 cookies and 90+ toasties.
Well done 2-3's!
This year the students of Ceres Primary School have decorated a Christmas Tree for the City of Greater Geelong. The students had a fantastic time working on this project together! The Christmas trees will be on display in the forecourt at Johnstone Park from 01 December 2024 to 07 January 2025.
We are excited to announce that our newest addition to the Ceres PS school - the veggies are alive and thriving. We've had some beautiful sun and little snippets of rain the last month with means our veggies are growing amazingly. Let's not forget or sunflowers also that were planted by 2/3BR, if we keep our fingers crossed, I believe they may even flower by the end of the school year!
