School Reminders

Term 3 Student Lead Conferences 

SAVE THE DATE: Wednesday, 17th September. 

We are excited to announce our upcoming Student Led Conferences on Wednesday, 17th September. These conferences are a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their learning from Term 3 and celebrate their successes. This will be an adjusted school day (11:00 am-7:00 pm,) and students will only attend their conference with a parent/carer. TheirCare will be operating on this day. 

 

Bookings will open on Thursday, 4th September at 3:00 pm via Compass. Each conference will run for 15 minutes. To help teachers stay on schedule, we kindly ask families with siblings to allow at least 15 minutes between bookings. Our office team will be checking times and will contact families if back-to-back bookings are made. 

 

We look forward to welcoming you to this special event and celebrating the growth and achievements of our students.

Parent / Caregiver / Guardian Opinion Survey

As mentioned previously,  Whittlesea Primary School is conducting the annual Parent / Caregiver / Guardian Opinion Survey offered by the Department of Education and is seeking your feedback. The survey is designed to help WPS gain an understanding of families’ perceptions of school climate, student behaviour, and student engagement. The survey is optional, but we encourage and appreciate your participation. 

 

The Parent / Caregiver / Guardian Opinion Survey will be open online from Monday, 18 August, to Friday, 19 September 2025.

 

 To complete the survey, simply:

 

  1. Click on the link below or copy and paste the text into your browser. This link will take you directly to the survey.https://research.orima.com/parent

When complete, please click on the ‘Submit’ button at the end of the survey to submit your answers.Please note that the survey will time out after 60 minutes of inactivity. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Only one parent/caregiver/guardian from your household is invited to complete the survey on behalf of the student’s family. Please reach out to your child’s teacher or the school if your child’s family lives in two separate households, so both households can have the opportunity to provide their feedback.

 

To protect your responses, please DO NOT share the survey link and PIN with others, or on a public website, forum or similar.

 

Please be assured that your responses are entirely confidential. (The survey is conducted anonymously so that no personal details can be seen or accessed)
