On Tuesday, 12 August a group of year 5 and 6 students had the pleasure of participating in an online webinar facilitated by the Royal Botanical Gardens. This session looked at biomimicry which is the practise of learning from natures designs and processes. All of the students enjoyed learning about how nature can inspire us to create new inventions and creations. They then were able to take these ideas to create their own future inventions taking inspiration from nature.
