Schoolwide PBS

We are proud to be a Positive Behaviour Support school that focuses on acknowledging expected behaviours. 

You might have seen some of our PBS Tokens coming home, received in recognition of positive and expected behaviours in the classroom and yard. They have our three values and mascots on them; the Respectful Fairy Wren, Responsible Ringtail and Resilient Roo. 

This week classes have looked the the 'Respect' section of our Matrix; learning about ways to be respectful in all school settings. Check in with your child to see what they can recall!

We are excited to start our PBS groups on every alternating Friday. These are mixed age groups of students in the same House. 

We have played some getting to know you games this week, including making spiderwebs with facts about ourselves, and playing name games. 

Lastly, our Token Shop will be open soon. This is where students can use the tokens they've earned as money to make purchases. We have a number of small items to purchase, as well as the ever-popular 'Hot Chips' coupon. 

We are looking to add to our coupon range with other experiences for the students.
